Minor loss on the scale today :) Anything is better than nothing though right?! My mini-goals for today are to stay on track with my points and workout. That should be easy for me because I woke up extra early to make sure I got my workout in because I knew I wouldn't be able tonight. I am really starting to like that way my body looks. My legs are toned, my arms are defined. I feel strong and fit! It feels good ... I don't ever want this feeling to go away : )
