I have been eating super healthy. I have worked out at the gym three times this week, worked out once at home on the bike and doing arms and abs, and I also did two Wii workouts. I want to keep the active lifestyle and healthy eating up for the long haul.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Take one day at a time. Really. Think about what you are doing each moment of one day. Be conscious of everything. You might find yourself always thinking of food or always looking at your food journal. Keep as far below your RDI each day as possible. You might feel like a fanatic about it, but sometimes that is what it takes -- almost being crazy for it.
