Took 1/4 or so of Lasix two days ago?? MAYBE took a whole one at Arroyo Grande motel Sunday night. Either way, either I did or I didn't, but I weighed 141.2 this morning. Had strong coffee in Avila Beach before I saw Dr. McGee, who put me on Seroquel 100 mg (for starters) again to take with Xanax and guanfacine, which he said didn't cause the huge amount of abd. pain since stopping Librax completely the week before. Later we went to Los Osos but got stuck with the Laguna Grill. Had a bummer avocado sandwich, minimal amounts of everything, on toasted blah wheat bread and cheese. What a waste of calories! Ate 4 mandarins last night and a huge roasted chicken breast and wing, with skin. Threw up after drinking a whole bottle of ICE soda on purpose.
141.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
