I'm ending my 5 month diet phase. For the next month I'll follow a 'reverse diet' program for getting back to maintenance level. This should take about 4 weeks.
210.8 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
