Next week Monday, I will be starting a new diet...The Ketosis Diet...It's where you eat only 500-800 calories/day of only High Protein no carbs. for four days then you dip ketosix to check for ketones. If and when you go into Ketosis then you can eat two cups of leafy greens with and olive oil/ vinaigrette dressing until you come out of Ketosis.
The reason I'm starting on Monday, Is so I can prepare myself mentally. I believe that is the key to success.

This diet can be researched online and is only recommended for morbidly obese people who struggle with weight-loss. Also is used to treat children with epilepsy.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My son was on this diet for 2 years because of epilepsy. The Ketogenic Diet had amazing results for epilepsy. I will hve to research it for weight loss. May be what I need.
