So far today, I've drank 8 cups of water...I've been peeing like crazy! Feels good though and it seams to keep me full...Also, I've lost 1.20lbs since Monday! Yay! I guess its a start!
228.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
