I totally fell off the wagon but I guess I was so busy I didn't eat as many inappropriate things as I thought. This week was tech week for one of my daughters as she had 5-6 hour rehearsals every night and I volunteered for 3 of those nights-lots of coffee with artificial sweetener and some junk food. I did a 30-hour mini vacation and drove 7 hours each way to visit my former college roommate, go to dinner-Cheesecake Factory (need I say more), attend a lecture together at our old university, and drove 7-hours home the next day. The drive included more coffee & junk food, okay and fruit mostly. And also in between matinee and the evening theater performances I took my little actress to Noodles & Co and Fatburger... I tried to make healthier choices but still not always the best.
