not happy about the upward jump I took with my weight this morning. I did more exercise than usual yesterday. This is week 2 so I am going to try to remember that my body is needing to adjust at this point to all the changes I have made. :-(
306.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 161.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
