.6 pound up. Not bad considering I had a bit of a desert last night, However, I am ready to get off the 125 train, and start moving into the 124 range, Hopefully this week.
125.8 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
