I made a mistake going to lunch at the hotel in Midland. ordered wok of the day thinking it would come with rice which I wouldn't eat but it was a noodle mix. I ate the prawns boys of broccoli and cauli and snow peas but left everything else. it was lovely to eat something with a different flavour but I am not going to stuff up this program now. I have to increase my cals up to 1200 a day so today I am having berries and yoghurt. delicious
190.9 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
