I'm excited because i can see a lot of change going on. May not be my weight but in inches and body fat I'm doing great! Now when the pounds start coming off.... I'll be doing real great! I have been going to the gym 3 days a week and doing a boot camp 3 days a week! Starting to feel the energy really come back!
