The weight continues to decline, yay! I did my cardio session this morning. 55 minutes on the ladder. I was shooting for an hour but my mind saying stop won the argument. I find that the long cardio sessions, just like the long running sessions, are a lot more mental than physical. When my muscles start to fatigue and ache a little my mind starts screaming stop. I have to override that message with a just keep going message to push myself to continue. Some days it's a real struggle. I'm using a new calculator for determining how many calories to consume. It's the Body Weight Planner created by Dr. Kevin Hall. He's a research scientist that does biological modeling. Have a great day everybody!

That is a great calculator! Thanks - it generally says I can eat more calories than I do...but it is sometimes hard to estimate my activity levels.
