totally went off track with 4th of july and trip to OH. Worked out today though :) Very happy, got up at 7am and got more done in 3 hours thatn I usually do in a day. haha
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
