Well I finally managed to climb back on the wagon again. Me and Jillian (Michaels) are on a break, my shoulder has been bothering me and she does a lot of things in plank, so I am taking a break from that, been enjoying this beautiful summer weather and walking and hiking a lot. So getting the cardio in at least. Trying to do some Pilates in there too to keep the tummy tight, but really have lost my focus on that lately. The late night eating is getting better. Which I am happy about. Still dealing with stress from my Dad and his Alzhiemers but there isn't anything I can do about that so just trying to accept it as it is. Some days are easier than others. But overall I am happy I lost the weight that I gamed and I am back on track. Very close to my goal. Just got to keep my head in the game!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
