Great workouts this week. Cross fit, crazy train 30 second HIIT, warrior fitness (Flipping tires!), crazy train abs, and hill repeats (2.5 times, woohoo!)
199.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 3.3 lb a week
