Getting back on track. Yesterday I avoided the temptation of getting a treat from the Costco food court with my husband, and resisted the urge to ask for a bite or two of his ice cream. I got just over 10,000 steps. I didn't get around to lifting weights yesterday, but I will make time for it today.
