Take I lost count of getting back into the gym everyday. My workload has finally decreased, but I'm starting the week off with a migraine unfortunately. I'm running behind but I'm going to the gym soon after this post.

Neck: 13.5
179.2 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
