I need to stop eating nuts. I understand that nuts when I do keto diet are important bc are good fat but at the same time those trigger my brain that ask for more and more. I am not hungry but just want to eat more nuts if I start. I don't have any snacks between my two meals and I don't need because I am not hungry. Today I am committed to not have any of those until I feel confident that I will able to eat only few.

They are dangerous lill things. They seem to trigger that same “need one more” like chips do. I hardly ever eat them now.

With nuts, I find it helpful to settle on a number to not exceed. For example, I have the number 7 for almonds and pistachios. No more than 7 at a time. Not applicable to small walnut chunks which I measure out into my breakfast bowl (14 grams) but I find it helps me not to overconsume other nuts when snacking.
