I haven't been able to go to the gym for like 3 weeks now because of my workload and a string of 3 day migraines, but this week I'm going back into my routine and hopefully I'm done with this migraine phase. I'm disappointed with the one pound gain, but it's probably water weight because I didn't fast yesterday. I'm trying to stop focusing on the number on the scale, but it's hard not to.
