The past week was rough. I wasn't tracking or hitting the gym nearly as much and I went back to working two jobs. It's so crazy how 2 changes made a big difference in my results, because without tracking I don't eat enough. Next week might not yield the desired results because on my workload this week, but the week after I'll be able to get back on track 100%
