I have lost 2kg most probably alot of water as I start my journey. I am literally telling myself to just do today. Plan my meals sure. But but I can only control today's food today.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1193 kcal Fat: 92.16g | Prot: 39.32g | Carb: 54.96g.   Breakfast: Red or Cayenne Pepper , Nature's Choice Moringa Leaf Powder, Woolworths Baby Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Woolworths Button Mushrooms, Egg, Bacon (Cured). Lunch: Clover Feta Plain, Avocados, Lettuce Salad with Avocado, Tomato, and/or Carrots. Dinner: Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Avocados , Woolworths Plain Rice Cake. Snacks/Other: Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk, Woolworths Creme Fraiche, Footy's Sugar Free Jelly. more...
