BS 146 I don't know why my BS is high. I am not eating much. Will diligently track today. I just weighed myself again and was down to 190.6. It is amazing what a good constitution will do.

Lost so far: 13.9 lb.
Still to go: 32.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
