Banting has been the best thing I have ever done!! Losing so well and so fast!! And eating heavenly!! Love the food choices banting offers!

Only regret, wish I started years ago!!

I'm on top of the world today!
254.6 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 56.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
