Ate so much yesterday. Surprised weight isn’t up. I’d I was trying to loose weight it would have went up
222.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

lol I’m eating at least 4600 cal a day. Yesterday was 5400 that I logged. Didn’t count the fruits and lost a lb. I hope it goes like this when I cut.
