BS 130 I ate cookies and candy and didn't track. BAD. But I moved alot because we are moving in. Breakfast 10am.
191.6 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1100 kcal Fat: 42.32g | Prot: 60.81g | Carb: 123.30g.   Breakfast: Tropicana Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Egg, Egg White. Lunch: Ore-Ida Golden Fries, Italian chicken soup, Great Value Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Great Value Unsalted Tops Saltine Crackers. Dinner: Chicken Leg (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Bananas , Puerto Rican Cookies (Mantecaditos Polvorones), Pepperidge Farm Cherry Cookie, Popsicle Sugar Free Lifesavers Ice Pop. more...
