I'm happy the scale is finally moving in the correct direction. The weight loss has been slow this month, only 3.6 lbs lost so far. I guess slow and steady is the way to go. It appears that mindful eating has definitely helped.
I was a little disappointed in myself yesterday. I did run my 3.1 miles but it took me 33 minutes. That put my pace at 10:40/mile. Not as good as I was expecting. I'm hoping to do better on Saturday during the race. Since it's my first one it will be my benchmark. Tonight I have the trainer. We are supposed to go over a running training plan plus a workout.
Well that was yesterday and now it's time to put that behind me. Today is another day an I must keep aiming to improve myself. Yesterday was the old me and today is a new me. Onward and upward ever striving to reach the pinnacle of our abilities.
I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!

Great loss and great run - even though you are pushing ahead. It is good to have goals, right?
|
That's the winning strategy CH. Plan you work & then work your plan. Keep rocking the climb brother.
