My weight can usually fluctuate a good 5 lbs depending on the day but had 4360 calories yesterday. Really expected to stay up there. Harder to hit the 4500 cal on work days and expect to hit weights 2x and cardio once so we’ll see.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
