Not a particularly good past week as far as fitness considered.Some extra work on weekends,plenty of rain and laziness made it no gym week.
Had a 20 min speed walk for 2 days though ,weighed in yesterday evening at the gym it said 176,so kinda stuck around 176 for about 3-4 weeks now.Started this week pretty well,Mon & Tuesday morning had cardio(25 minutes) hit gym yesterday evening (only cardio).Today hoping to go for a jog around the house.
Hoping for the best !!!
