I am feeling bloated since last night, I also had some nacho chips (high salt) and figure I am retaining some/a lot of water. Increasing my fluids today to try and push the excess fluid out, and be down tomorrow. I have slacked again on recording what I am eating. Ironically I was feeling slimmer over the weekend and earlier this week. Still under a super high amount of stress and exercise has been very limited, if any at all. The weather is finally nicer outside, but work has limited the time I am able to get out for a walk (12 hour work day today). I would really like to hit 205 during May!
