Finally I decided to change phase.

I know I initially established 85 Kilos (187 Lb) as the phase 1 goal, but the reality of my current situation is that I'm behaving like in phase 2 so I decided to adapt the charts to my current status.

From now on I have the goal to loose 1 Kilo every 10 days and I've adjusted the Daily Calories Intake to fit the current situation.

That is something between 1400 and 1800 depending on my level of activity. That is an average of 1000 KCals less that burned, accounting for 1 Kilo every 9 days...
197.1 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
