One More Pound to the Target Weight ;this week bit tired with lots of work and my little boy being bit unwell.No trips to the gym, two 20 minute speed walking around the house on Mon & Wed mornings,that's it .Trying to control appetite which is the only thing that can be done.Hope fully can do some cardio tonight and on weekends.
