I am thrilled to see that scale move down instead of up! Yay! Exercised yesterday and followed a good eating practice; eat dinner early. No late night snacking. That's just what I did. I had a big beautiful salad for dinner with toast and an apple and that was it. I have to admit that I started feeling hungry a few hours later but I decided to have a cup of Turkish coffee instead of any kind of food. Proud of myself!
