Wendy's biggie bag got me over 2000 early today, haha. I even tried chicken nuggets for the first time today (I know, I'm an alien) and they were super yummy. Makin progress!

Yearofhealth2023 - What happened? Everything alright? My official diagnosis is IBS. I've only failed to reach my calorie goal one day out of the last two weeks and slowly but steadily gaining. I still get a little anxious anytime I feel my heart beating hard, or a twinge of pain in my abdomen, but I think this is just a little hypochondria from my most recent experience. Haven't gotten an irregular rhythm flag on my BP machine in at least a week and BP itself is ok, but not great, 128/81. Hoping to be able to start exercising with purpose again soon and get that BP back below 120/80. Thanks for thinking of me. I hope you're doing well.

Dyer I will keep checking in on you. Im ok i had surgery Wednesday and it was quite long over 9 hours and then they could not get me to wake up for 3.5 hours. I don’t remember anything except going to the operating room. Current status: focusing on getting 120 grams protein a day to aid in recovery. Take all meds as prescribed at appropriate intervals (i always try and get off them too fast). Currently have a catheter in which i hate. It’s there till next Friday minimum. Have 5 blood collecting bulbs hanging off me in various places and am wrapped in ace bandages from top to bottom of both legs and arms as well as a super tight abdominal binder. It could be worse. But i do hurt everywhere and am swollen up like nothing I’ve ever seen except on johnny depps movie Charlie and the chocolate factory that kid that swelled up like a ball. Im able to walk ten minutes now every couple hours but it’s not easy and i stand at a 45 degree angle. Whew. TMI but thats the whole story. Im going to pull thru this better than ever after so dont worry about me k . You keep getting those calories up and drink enough water and maybe some electrolytes if you can do it. Also your little kitty, omg, so adorable, give a little kiss from me on top of that kittys head ok. Im not going to be commenting as much while im recovering but i am reading so please keep posting your progress. Im so glad you have a diagnosis. Is there a treatment plan in place?
