Last night was supposed to be back and chest, but I decided to hit the arms again. Glad I did....got insane pumps in my arms, like what you read about. Real sleeve splitters. I'm gonna hit the legs tonight, going for lots of reps, starting off light then going as heavy as possible. Tomorrow will be back and chest.
311.4 lb Lost so far: 84.6 lb.    Still to go: 111.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
