If your profile pic is you, you appear to be a young woman. I recommend you look up Dr Mindy Pels on YouTube. She explains how women's hormone cycles impact hunger, water weight, carb cravings, energy, and metabolism. It's really eye opening and I wish I knew those things before menopause.
