ive been trying my fitness pal app again. it doesnt support 'the new lean for life' program so im back here. I just wish I could get my friends from that app to switch. ..oh well.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
