Milestone 5, under 200 lbs! Than means more than 56 lbs lost in less than 20 weeks.

¡Hito 5 alcanzado, por debajo de los 90 Kg! Esto significa que he perdido ya más de 26 Kilos en menos de 20 semanas.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
