12 Week challenge showing some good results. Following a carb cycling diet, and appears to be a lot more successful than the standard Do's and Don't's that I have been following for many years. Getting excited to do my 4 week Body Fat Loss measurement next week to track my progress.
211.2 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 45.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
