Thanks so much Erin. I didn’t do anything different except stick to my plan, walking. And of course, it is so inspiring to feel supported and be able to see what others are accomplishing, sharing on their journey here. So much success, positivity and genuine support.

Whatever works for you stick with hun you have done great!!! Yes the support here is amazing from everyone. I don't think we could have found a better app to be honest.
