Day three on Meta diet and I have lost 3kg within 2 days already, meaning that I'm losing an everage of 1.5kg per day. Today my scale shows 101.7kg from the 102.6 of yesterday. So 0.9kg lost from yesterday.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
