Yesterday I moved a little I guess. But I skipped my exercise. I wasn't feeling to good. Today I'm going to do my yoga again. I've dropped a little over a pound and so that is good. The low-carb approach really seems to be working for me. :-)
148.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
