I was at 157 but I lose 7 pounds in the last 3 days. I'm thinking a lot of it was bloat and water weight. I significantly cut my salt and started drinking at least 100 oz of water per day. Plus I cut out sugar completely and limited my carbs to 2 small servings a day, either as slices of organic wheat bread or as 2 1/2 cup servings of brown rice. Meat is grilled, broiled or baked, and I eat 1-2 cups of steamed veggies ( no butter or oil) with each 3-5 oz serving of meat. I've split my meal up to 4 or 6 small meals throughout the day. I'm doing great so far.
