Today my fiance and I are starting a weight loss journey together. We have gained so much weight since we started dating. It is time to stop living an unhealthy life style and get back on track. I have tried to get back on track many times in the past year, but pre and post surgery made it difficult and gave me an excuse to be lazy. I have no excuses now and need to get my weight back under control. I pray that God will give me the strength to stay the course!!
158.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
