I'm KILLING IT! I'm mentally preparing myself to wake up at 6am Saturday to work out, since I took my break day early. No excuses! Also preparing myself for my wedding/ honeymoon in 17 days. I hope the dress will fit better than it did last time. Getting in the headspace so that I can CELEBRATE without overindulging. A slice of cake is fine. Two or more is not. On my honeymoon, I'm going to eat fresh wholesome food and eat out responsibly. There are lots of nice super markets that I can go to for organic, healthy, low calorie meals. I WILL STILL EXERCISE on my honeymoon!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS, but my rest day (the 23)! This is my new life, and I will start it with a bang.


My goal today: 157.4 or less tomorrow.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
