YES!!! Metabolism is up, staying hydrated, getting stronger 💪💪💪. I've made it 10% of my goal, and in less than a month!!! Let's keep it going, full body workout in the AM!!!!
374.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 174.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
