Been a bit under the weather for the last 3 weeks 🥱 with zero exercise completed, also noticed that I've fluctuated between 58.0kg and 58.6kg for 5 weeks now🤔, don't know how to break this plateau, anyway it's a new week time to reset and try my best once again! 💪
128.7 lb Lost so far: 58.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
