So frigging frustrating 🤯 especially after a 10 mile hike, sticking to as close to 1200 calories as I can every day! This week’s goals: less salt (I have it on everything) and more protein, I’ve mostly eaten fruit, veg and salad 🥗 I’m not giving up 💪
