So frigging frustrating 🤯 especially after a 10 mile hike, sticking to as close to 1200 calories as I can every day!
This week’s goals: less salt (I have it on everything) and more protein, I’ve mostly eaten fruit, veg and salad 🥗 I’m not giving up 💪
132.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not sure what you have heard about or what you think about "Huel"? Their "black edition" liquid meal has 400kcal and 40g protein. I've used it through Radiotherapy and now for maintaining my weight. It tastes really good and I don't feel hungry. If you are trying to reduce water retention and be precise with your macros it makes life really easy. (It's a little bit on the pricey side if you want to use it long term but defo worth trying to help you reach your target weight.)
