Thank you Hashem. it’s a hard, but it’s worth the fight. I finally broken through the 214 barrier I would like to get down to 210 by the end of the week.
214.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
