Finally,..a day below 200. It's been a struggle since my April operation, recovery, birthdays, anniversaries, holidays. We are heading on vacation for 10 days. Another struggle, but a challenge and something to overcome. On the other hand, we're looking forward to some really good seafood on this trip.
