Hier encore pareil - razia sur la bouffe. Donc en tout 3 jours de bouffe/déprime. Aujourd'hui j'essaie de me ressaisir. Difficile avec papa dont l'état s'aggrave de jour en jour. Je ne me peserai pas avant lundi.
